Kitchen Manager Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager
  • Experience in Fast Casual or Casual concepts
  • No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years 
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Hands-on, lead-from-the-shoulder management style
