Job DescriptionMaster's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students occupational therapy needs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve students motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.

- Monitor and document each students progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist license and credentials.
- Experience working with children in school-based settings preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pediatric developmental disorders and therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel between schools within the Sterling Heights area.
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators and families.
