We are looking for a Director of HCP Marketing to lead practitioner engagement, advocacy, and omnichannel marketing strategy.

Job Details

What You’ll Be Doing:

Practitioner Strategy & Omnichannel Leadership
  • Own the HCP marketing strategy across the full practitioner lifecycle
  • Lead omnichannel engagement across digital platforms, CRM, and field sales
  • Define practitioner journeys and ensure a seamless experience across channels

KOL Strategy & Advocacy
  • Develop and manage KOL networks and practitioner relationships
  • Build peer-to-peer advocacy programs (speaker programs, advisory boards, communities)
  • Expand partnerships with professional organizations

HCP-Led Consumer Engagement
  • Partner with content and influencer teams to scale practitioner-led consumer advocacy
  • Amplify HCP voices across digital, education, and brand channels

Education & Scientific Strategy
  • Lead HCP education strategy across digital and live formats
  • Translate complex scientific concepts into practical education
  • Partner with product and brand teams to align offerings with practitioner needs

Digital & Platform Strategy
  • Own practitioner engagement across HCP platforms and partner channels
  • Drive personalization, engagement, and performance across digital touchpoints

Field Sales Alignment
  • Partner with sales leadership to support field enablement and messaging
  • Deliver qualified leads and support pipeline growth for field teams

Analytics & Optimization
  • Define KPIs and track performance across engagement, advocacy, and growth
  • Use data to drive decision-making and optimize strategy

What You Bring:
  • 10+ years of experience in HCP marketing within health, wellness, or CPG industries
  • Strong understanding of:

o Practitioner engagement and business models
o Omnichannel marketing and digital platforms
o KOL strategy and peer advocacy programs
  • Experience translating scientific and clinical information into marketing strategies
  • Experience managing:

o Cross-functional teams
o Agency and external partnerships
o Marketing performance and analytics
  • Ability to operate in matrixed, fast-paced environments
