Pay: $1805 - $2174 | Shift: Days (12 hours, 6:30A-7P, every other weekend and holiday coverage required)

As a Med Surg Registered Nurse, you will utilize your clinical expertise to provide exceptional care to patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, administer prescribed medications, and develop individualized patient care plans. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring patient safety and enhancing the overall patient experience.

  • Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in patient care
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to approved nursing techniques and policies
  • Document patient care according to standards of care
  • Develop, initiate, and execute patient care plans as prescribed by physicians and hospital policy
  • Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities
  • Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units/departments
  • Utilize critical thinking for patient safety and escalate concerns appropriately
  • Need 2 years experience in setting
  • Current WI License, CPR/BLS, and NIHSS required
  • COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
