Overview:

The Real Estate Coordinator assists with the management of the company’s overall real estate portfolio, identify real property needs, perform due diligence relating to the development, acquisition or sale of real property interests, and facilitate development coordination with utilities and other entities in connection with required special permits, new service/upgrade requests, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for the Real Estate portfolio, including but not limited to providing creative solutions to site issues, deep-diving into leases and other real estate documents, and managing landlord contacts.
  • Rent Management coordination with accounting.
  • Analyze lease documents to ensure compliance.
  • Provide support on large-scale projects and daily tasks.
  • Assist with lease renewal and cost projections.
  • Complete and distribute monthly reports (i.e. critical dates and portfolio change reports).
  • Ensure accuracy of business terms for estoppels and SNDA’s.
  • Interact with our third-party service provider in coordinating accurate lease abstraction and various real estate activities.
  • Report on our portfolio status and options through the use of our lease admin tool CoStar.
  • Closely monitor each project to ensure that projects remain on track, meet deadlines, stay under budget, maintain quality standards, and develop according to the plan.
  • Coordinate and maintain necessary Occupancy, Zoning/Use, and other Real Estate related permits including environmental phase 1’s, PCAs, discharge septage/wastewater, and flood control district permits.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Fundamental and applicable real estate coordination experience within a corporate real estate organization preferred.

 

Experience with large, multi-state industrial real estate portfolios preferred.

 

Experience and competence utilizing commercial real estate software platforms preferred.

Salary Range: $66,700.00 – $96,700.00 / year Pay Transparency Statement: At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications.
