Production Specialist - 2nd Shift

Shift: 3:30 PM-1:30 AM

Hourly Rate: $19.79 an hour + $.50 shift differential

Reporting to the Production Line Supervisor, you will monitor and assist in line production labor while ensuring product quality. You will join a diverse team of over 400 associates.Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed

Starting Pay: $19.79, +.50 shift differentialA Taste of Your Responsibilities

• You will operate all different machines and equipment. Along with monitoring and troubleshooting the production equipment, you will be supplying the lines to ensure a continuous production flow.
• You will help to perform product checks to ensure quality for our consumers.
• You will collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards.
• Cleanliness is important in our facilities. You will help maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

• This is a physical position. You will be asked to do things like lifting boxes of up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs and using your hands to move things.
• This is a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy. Safety is important to us; we provide earplugs and other personal protective equipment.
• Overtime may be needed to ensure we fulfill production demand.

Physical Requirements
Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements may vary but can include:
Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
Also be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary. More information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process.
