HCP & Patient – Hizentra (PI & CIDP)

The Senior Product Manager leads integrated HCP and Patient marketing strategies and initiatives for Hizentra in Immunology and Neurology. This role partners cross‑functionally to translate insights into compliant marketing tactics and ensure strong, on‑time delivery of brand priorities.

This position requires hands‑on marketing experience, strong project leadership, and a solid foundation in core marketing principles.

Responsibilities

  • Supports development and execution of marketing strategies. Leads tactical plan development in two indications, Primary Immunodeficiency (Immunology) and Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (Neurology).

  • Leads cross‑functional and agency execution of brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategy, timeline, and budget.

  • Partners with Sales, Medical, HEOR, Patient COE and Therapeutic Area team members to lead KOL engagement, RWE‑related activities, and select patient initiatives.

  • Synthesizes market research, data, and insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Develops HCP and patient programs and resources in collaboration with Medical, Legal, and Compliance.

  • Ensures all deliverables meet regulatory, legal, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field required; MBA preferred.

  • 7+ years of healthcare marketing experience, including 5+ years in pharmaceutical or biologics. Rare disease experience is a plus.

  • Experience in HCP marketing, including Scientific Strategy and KOL management.

  • Demonstrated ability to apply market research and data analysis to support business decisions.

  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing fundamentals such as positioning, messaging, and execution.

  • Effective leader with strong communication skills, adept at influencing stakeholders and leading work end to end in fast-paced, matrixed organization.
