Job Details
Requirements:
- Mid-level to senior experience in estate planning and related matters
- Drafting proficiency: wills, revocable/irrevocable trusts, POAs, health directives
- Familiarity with gift/estate tax planning concepts preferred
- Trust/estate administration experience is a plus
- Strong client management skills and ability to run portions of matters independently
- VA bar required (or ability to obtain)
