Responsibilities - Receptionist:

  • Answer a multi-line telephone and greet customers in a courteous and professional manner, assist with clerical duties, and more.
  • Assist with data entry, filing paperwork, etc.
  • Stock common areas with supplies as needed
  • Perform other duties as needed 



Qualifications - Receptionist:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and professional appearance
  • Punctual, dependable and a person of integrity
  • Receptionist and clerical experience is preferred
