We are seeking an exceptional Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide private-duty care for a high-profile client. This role requires the utmost professionalism, discretion, and reliability. The selected candidate will deliver compassionate, dignified care while maintaining strict confidentiality and representing the organization at the highest standard.

This position supports the father of a board member; therefore, only top-tier candidates with proven performance and exemplary conduct will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care assistance (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
• Monitor and report changes in condition promptly and accurately
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
• Follow care plans precisely and document services thoroughly
• Communicate professionally with family members and leadership
• Uphold strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times
• Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts — punctuality is non-negotiable

Required Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in good standing
• Minimum of [2+ years] experience in private duty, home care, or high-acuity settings preferred
• Demonstrated history of punctuality and reliability
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong references with verified performance history
• Ability to maintain discretion in high-profile environments

• Experience working with executive or high-profile families
• Dementia or specialty care experience
• Flexible availability
