As a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, you will work collaboratively with a dedicated healthcare team to provide exceptional care. Your role will involve planning and implementing patient and family education, assessing patient needs, and initiating appropriate interventions.

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation
• Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Promote health and a safe environment
• Enhance the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice
• Evaluate nursing practice in relation to professional standards
• Collaborate with patients, families, and colleagues
• Integrate ethical provisions and research findings into practice
• Provide leadership in the professional practice setting
• Comply with hospital policies related to stroke care and participate in required education

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or Diploma in Nursing
• Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse)
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS
• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Preferred: Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR)
• Preferred: 1 year circulating and scrub experience
