Logistics Coordinator
Location: Onsite Portland, OR
Schedule: MondayFriday, Full-Time
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $23$27 per hour (DOE)
Position Overview: LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily logistics and distribution operations. This role will focus on coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely movement of materials while working closely with warehouse, distribution, and internal teams. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for someone looking to grow within a stable organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Track orders, shipments, and inventory using internal systems
- Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding schedules and issues
- Prepare and maintain logistics documentation and reports
- Resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, or shortages
- Support warehouse and distribution teams with day-to-day coordination needs
- Maintain accurate data entry and records within ERP or similar systems
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience using an ERP or similar system is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
