Your New Role

  • Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems in Baltimore, Maryland and surrounding areas

  • Replace and retrofit existing HVAC systems

  • Follow local codes and company quality standards on every installation

  • Work with team members to complete projects efficiently

  • Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized

  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal team members

  • At least 2 years of HVAC installation experience

  • EPA certification preferred or willingness to obtain

  • Ability to read and follow basic installation layouts and plans

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Ability to safely handle physical job demands and lift equipment as needed
