Job DescriptionMaster's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to serve students in grades K-12 within a school setting in Normal, IL. This role offers the chance to support a diverse age range, from early childhood through high school, delivering essential OT services that contribute to students educational and developmental success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions to students in grades K through 12.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to foster a supportive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of student IEPs.
Qualifications:
- Active State Occupational Therapy License required.
- Experience working with students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12 preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work 5 days per week, with 3037.5 hours per week.
- Commitment to supporting students occupational therapy goals in a school environment.
Job Details:

- Compensation: Competitive pay rate starting at $40+ per hour
- Schedule: Full week employment, Monday through Friday
