Experienced Home Caregiver – $19–$24/hr | Local Clients | Weekly Pay

Put your caregiving experience to work close to home. Join Home Instead and help seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes throughout Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire — including Acton, Lowell, Nashua, and nearby areas. You’ll be driving to client’s homes, so a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle are required.

Open Visit Schedules

  • Nashua – weekday/weekend mornings and afternoon, Friday/ Monday Overnight
  • Exeter / Kingston / Kensington – weekday/weekend, mornings and afternoon
  • Hampton / Rye – weekday/weekend, morning, afternoon, and evening
  • Portsmouth / Newington – weekday/weekend mornings and afternoon; Thursday evening
  • Newmarket / Durham – weekday morning and afternoon
  • Salem / Windham / Derry – weekday/weekend, mornings and afternoon
  • Auburn – weekday early morning
  • Merrimak / Bedford – weekday/weekend, morning, afternoon, and evening; Sunday overnight
  • Milford – weekday early morning and afternoon; Saturday early morning; Wednesday/Friday late morning
  • Brookline – weekday morning; Friday afternoon; Sunday early morning
  • Rochester – weekday/weekend, early morning and afternoon
  • Dover – weekday/weekend, mornings and afternoon
  • Westford / Dunstable – weekday/weekend early morning and afternoon
  • Acton – Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday early morning
  • Epping – Sunday afternoon
  • New Boston – Monday/Wednesday early morning; Friday afternoon

Pay & Benefits

  • $19–$21/hr + $2/hr for weekend shifts
  • Opportunity to earn up to $24.00/hr after your first 8 weeks*
  • Weekly pay with direct deposit

*To be considered for the wage increase, you must meet Honor's requirements as a driver (valid U.S. drivers' license and clean driving record), have more than 6 months of paid/professional caregiving experience, work 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and remain in good standing with Honor. The $24.00 is for select regions and applies to weekend shifts

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work consistent shifts with assigned clients
  • Basic English communication skills (bilingual caregivers encouraged)
