We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee the construction of ground-up hotel projects. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors while ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards. The superintendent will begin by finishing an active hotel project in St. Joseph, MO before moving on to new assignments.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience, preferably in hotel or hospitality projects.
Proven track record as a superintendent managing large-scale, ground-up construction projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of construction schedules, budgeting, and safety regulations.
Ability and willingness to travel between project sites.
