We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling inventory, organizing stock, and supporting the shipping and receiving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations to maximize efficiency
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment at all times
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as required
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals

Qualifications:

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) safely
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage but not required
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if necessary
