Job Description

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain sterile fields and surgical instruments for various inpatient and outpatient procedures.
• Assist surgical teams across multiple specialties including general surgery, urology, neuro, and plastic surgery.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and infection control protocols.
• Coordinate with perioperative staff to ensure efficient operating room flow.
• Adapt to varying shift schedules including on-call requirements.

Qualifications:

• Current BLS certification.
• National Certification as a Surgical Technologist.
• Must be or become a licensed NH Medical Technician upon assignment acceptance.
• Flexibility to fulfill on-call and shift commitments as part of the 13-week contract.

Schedule Options:

• 40 hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM
• 36 hours: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM or 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM
• On-call/off-shift obligations include 4-5 shifts that may fall on weekday nights or weekend days/nights.
