Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute social media strategy and daily posting across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Capture high-quality photo and video content on active construction job sites
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and align content with company branding and messaging
  • Edit and optimize content for digital distribution, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Monitor engagement metrics and support continuous improvement of digital performance

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms in a professional setting
  • Strong photography and/or videography skills, with the ability to independently capture content in the field
  • Ability to work effectively in both office and active construction environments
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
