Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute social media strategy and daily posting across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Capture high-quality photo and video content on active construction job sites
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and align content with company branding and messaging
- Edit and optimize content for digital distribution, ensuring consistency and quality
- Monitor engagement metrics and support continuous improvement of digital performance
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms in a professional setting
- Strong photography and/or videography skills, with the ability to independently capture content in the field
- Ability to work effectively in both office and active construction environments
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
