Director of Banquets Requirements:

• Requires at least 5 years of direct experience in Banquet/F&B operations.
• Strong skills in coordinating high-volume banquets and effective communication.
• Robust management, leadership, and teamwork values.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must understand the Four Diamond service and beverage standards.

Director of Banquets Background:

• Luxury Resort or Full-Service Hotel background with HEAVY BANQUET OPERATIONS.
• Experience with at least 50,000 sq. ft. of event space, 75+ team members
