Job Details:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple electrical construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within the set deadlines, budget and to the highest quality of workmanship.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing the execution of multiple electrical construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Developing and managing project schedules, budgets and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Implementing and maintaining project management documentation, plans and reports.
  • Conducting regular job site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
  • Managing project teams and providing leadership and support to ensure effective communication, coordination and teamwork.
  • Driving cost-saving initiatives and cost recovery efforts to enhance project profitability.
  • Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
  • Liaising and coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Utilizing project management software, such as ProCore, to track project progress and performance.
  • Ensuring all projects are completed successfully and meet the required performance standards.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects, budget management, and manpower planning.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction management, and construction best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to support and motivate teams.
  • Exceptional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of implementing cost-saving initiatives, managing job sites, and recovering costs.
  • Proficiency in using project management software, such as ProCore.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and successfully complete projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and planning skills.
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred.
