Your New Role

  • Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems in Rifle, CO

  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system tune-ups

  • Handle occasional HVAC installs and system startups as needed

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical HVAC components

  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal team members

  • Ensure all work meets company standards and local code requirements

  • 3+ years of HVAC experience in service or installation
