What You’ll Do
As District Manager, you’ll own the performance of your district and lead a team to deliver outstanding service.
You will:
- Lead the district strategy
- Oversee day-to-day operations and long-term planning.
- Align your district’s goals with company objectives and client expectations.
- Drive financial performance.
- Manage budgets and costs.
- Review and act on P&L (profit and loss) statements.
- Implement strategies to grow revenue and improve profitability.
- Build and develop high-performing teams.
- Lead, coach, and mentor managers and frontline staff.
- Create a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.
- Own client relationships
- Serve as a trusted partner to clients in your district.
- Understand their needs and design solutions that fit.
- Ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Deliver operational excellence
- Use modern tools and systems to improve efficiency and performance.
- Standardize best practices and ensure consistent service quality.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role where your decisions will be visible and your results will matter.
What You Bring
We’re looking for a visionary, hands-on leader who is comfortable owning results and leading through others.
You’ll be successful in this role if you have:
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong track record managing teams, operations, and performance.
- Financial acumen
- Experience working with budgets and P&L statements, and making decisions based on the numbers.
- Technology comfort
- Familiarity with modern business systems and tools for operations and financial management.
- Client-focused mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Understanding of business operations and how to improve processes and outcomes.

- High standards for customer service, team performance, and personal accountability.

- Base salary: $75,000–$80,000, plus bonus potential
- Motor vehicle allowance: $500/month
