Construction Laborer

We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Construction Laborer to join a growing team specializing in excavation and site development. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and wants to build a long-term career supporting projects involving utilities, drainage systems, and site preparation.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily field operations across residential and commercial site work projects
• Assist with digging, grading, and preparing sites for foundations, roadwork, and utilities
• Help install underground systems including water, sewer, and drainage infrastructure
• Participate in septic system and leach field installation
• Handle materials such as piping, grates, and related components
• Use hand tools and work alongside equipment operators to keep projects moving
• Maintain a safe, organized job site and follow all safety protocols
• Collaborate with crew members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in construction, excavation, or utility work is preferred
• Exposure to drainage systems, septic work, or road/site development is a plus
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions
• Strong reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills
• Valid driver’s license required (CDL is a plus)
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
