General Manager

As part of an established and growing hospitality group, we are seeking an experienced and inspiring General Manager to lead our high-volume, full-service restaurant and bar. General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of experience leading high-volume, upscale, full-service restaurant operations
• Oversee both FOH and BOH teams, ensuring quality food, beverage, and service standards
• Manage all aspects of daily operations including staffing, inventory, scheduling, and compliance
• Lead P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and labor optimization
• Build and develop high-performing teams through recruiting, training, and mentorship
• Foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Partner closely with culinary and bar leadership to ensure excellence in every guest experience
• Engage with guests regularly, addressing feedback and building lasting relationships
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations
• Food Manager Certification (ServSafe or equivalent) and responsible alcohol service certification required
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred
