Rounds Chef – High-Volume, High-Profile Concept

Our growing restaurant group is seeking a polished, hands-on Rounds Chef to support and oversee daily kitchen operations in a high-volume, high-profile venue. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and is passionate about developing teams and maintaining high standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a key leader in the kitchen, supporting all stations and service periods
  • Train, coach, and motivate the team to exceed expectations
  • Remain hands-on and fully engaged in day-to-day operations
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and execution across all food production
  • Assist in managing labor, food cost, and inventory
  • Uphold standards while building a positive, accountable team culture

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a Sous Chef or similar leadership role
  • High-volume experience required
  • Strong leadership presence with a coaching mentality
  • Stable work history (no job hoppers)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and driven
  • Passionate, patient, and team-focused
