Position Overview

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to deliver an exceptional, personalized member experience while driving financial performance and operational excellence.

General Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all club operations with a focus on white-glove service, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Champion an elevated member experience through anticipatory, relationship-driven hospitality.
  • Mentor and develop department leaders, fostering accountability and a high-performance culture.
  • Drive financial results through budgeting, forecasting, and disciplined cost controls.
  • Partner with the Board/Ownership on strategic initiatives and long-term planning.
  • Monitor KPIs and member feedback to continuously improve service and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and governance standards.

General Manager Qualifications

  • 7+ years of senior leadership experience in ultra-luxury hospitality or private clubs.
  • Strong financial acumen with proven success managing budgets and profitability.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
  • Deep understanding of luxury service standards and member relations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
