We are seeking an Automotive Service Warranty Administrator with opportunity for growth, advancement and a long-term career. The Service Warranty Administrator is responsible for reviewing and completing warranty claims. This includes preparing, recording, reconciling warranty claims and submitting them to the appropriate party.

Key Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Preparing and submitting warranty repair orders following manufacturer guidelines
  • Ensuring accurate documentation with labor codes, failure codes, and warranty policies
  • Coordinating with Service Managers, Advisors, and Technicians to finalize repair orders
  • Tracking claim status, handling rejections, and reconciling warranty receivables
  • Staying current on recalls, bulletins, and warranty policy updates
  • Supporting body shop and service admin needs as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned



Qualifications:
 

 

  • Qualified candidates must have a verifiable Customer Satisfaction Track Record!
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Genuine interest in providing exceptional service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
