Job Description

Job Title: Shared Services and Purchasing Manager Location: hybrid in Scottsdale or Atlanta   Summary The Shared Services and Purchasing Manager oversees daily operations and delivery of organizational support services and procurement activities. This role manages service categories such as travel, expense management, logistics, office services, supplier relationships, and other shared services. The position ensures services align with organizational goals and that purchasing processes—including purchase orders, vendor coordination, and invoice matching—are efficient, accurate, and compliant with business needs. Responsibilities
    • Lead and manage shared services operations in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

    • Oversee vendor relationships, service delivery, and purchasing activities.

    • Apply strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to evaluate options and improve processes.

    • Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.

    • Utilize financial and business knowledge to support organizational operations and compliance.

    • Identify and mitigate operational or vendor‑related risks.

    • Foster creativity and continuous improvement in service delivery and procurement processes.

    • Manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost‑effective decision‑making.

    • Develop and lead team members, ensuring effective use of resources and equipment.

    • Build and maintain cooperative working relationships across the organization.

    • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while supporting internal teams.

  • Use Microsoft Office tools to improve efficiency and reporting.
Basic Requirements
    • 10–15 years of relevant professional experience.

    • 10+ years of industry‑related experience.

  • 8–10 years in supervisory or managerial roles.
Preferred Requirements
    • Relevant financial or compliance certifications.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (HS diploma or equivalent required).
