Unit Highlights

• Two separate floors of PreOp & PACU
• PACU has 22 bays
• Primarily orthopedic cases (joint replacement and hand procedures), some vascular and occasional general cases
• Fast paced
• Low turnover and call frequency
• Closeknit unit; relies on each other closely

Available Role

• Part Time Days, 24 hours per week

Schedule

• 9a- 5:30p (three 8s)
• Requires occasional call (rare night shift, weekend and holiday shifts)

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• 1 year of RN experience required; 2+ years of Critical Care or Perioperative RN experience strongly preferred.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross). ACLS and PALS strongly preferred.
