Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Indiana Physical Therapy license required to start assignment.
  • BLS certification required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required as noted by client.
  • Experience with outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred.
  • Experience using Epic EMR preferred.
  • Ability to provide one-on-one treatments in an outpatient orthopedics setting.


Assignment Details

  • Facility type: Hospital - Outpatient Orthopedic Rehabilitation services.
  • Shift: Days.
  • Shift hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30 (approximate clinical hours listed as M–F 8–4:30p in client notes).
  • Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
  • Call: No call requirements.
  • Patient type: General outpatient orthopedics; one-on-one treatments.
  • EMR: Epic.
  • Dress code: Gray scrubs or facility-branded apparel required.
  • Float requirements: None.
