Labor Pit Party (MJS1)

Position Overview:

• This is a physically demanding role for dependable, hardworking individuals who can handle heavy lifting and fast-paced event operations. Crew members will support event setup and tear down and must be ready to perform continuous physical labor throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform event setup and tear down of equipment, structures, and materials Lift, carry, push, and pull heavy items throughout the shift
• Follow direction from supervisors and work efficiently as part of a team Complete assigned tasks quickly and accurately

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods
• This role involves continuous physical labor in a demanding environment

Expectations:

• Must be punctual, reliable, and ready to work
• Must arrive prepared for a physically intense shift
• Must follow safety instructions at all times
• Must have a valid, government-issued photo ID for check-in

• You will be required to sign a liability release form via an I-Pad. If you do not want to sign the liability release do not sign up for the job. A valid government issued ID is required to complete this step.

Commercial Moving

When working as a commercial mover through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:

• Working in a small or large team to relocate furniture, boxes, or other miscellaneous items
• Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
• Safely lifting and moving heavy boxes or other heavy items, up to 75 pounds in weight
• Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
• Comfortable working around large trucks, pallet jacks, or other moving equipment as needed
• There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.

It is important to Bluecrew that you go home in the same healthy state that you came to work in, so please do not accept this assignment if you cannot fulfill all of the above duties.
